Look, this is really not a bad mad pouch. it's top quality leather. the tensioner works fine. i like the idea of being able to clock the pouch. For 9mm, it's excellent. for 45, way to tight-even with the screw removed

I ordered this magazine pouch for concealed carry. The pouch is made in Italy and the body of it is leather. The stitching and quality of the leather seems good although the fit is quite tight for my Wilson 47D magazines. It has loosened up with use though. The orientation of the magazine is bullets forward when worn on the left side which is how I prefer it but if you like it the other way, this pouch is boned to take the magazine one way.

The nice feature of this pouch is the ability to rotate so you can angle it forward or backward. You could wear it up front on the right and angle it for left handed cross draw or on the left side angled forward. The belt clip pops off easily but is a little bit flimsy plastic. It probably will hold up but it feels a little too bendy. Once on the belt it doesn't feel bad though. With the plastic clip off there is a stitched leather belt loop. I have not tried that carry method but I really like the option for either.

The leather looks nicer than plastic or Kydex and you can't beat the price on this. I also believe Blackhawk will stand behind it if it breaks.
Pros: Leather body; rotating design; reasonable price
Cons: Very tight initial fit; belt clip a little flimsy
