Grip stopped working. - Crimson Trace LG-409 LaserGrip for Kimber Micro 9mm

Own Crimson Trace laser grips that stopped working. Three weeks, two phone calls (both time on hold for 30 minutes), three emails and still not a peep from Crimson Trace's customer service. I have another laser grip that has worked for years. You'd think they would want to know why these dies after just two years. Maybe it’s a “head in the sand” thing with major customer issues. Anyway, this experience tells me that it’s not wise to purchase future products from Crimson Trace. I simply I do not have confidence that they will respond to any issues I might have.
