These are the master Series grips, from Crimson trace. First - almost the same texture and color of the grips of the orginal . I put these on my Springfield TRP - excellent fit And the instant on seems almost to react with very little pressure. I firmly believe this to be even better than last years Master Series. Even the laser seems brighter. Now this Trp is very accurate more so than my les Bauers and Kimbers and probably equal to my STI . This laser and gun combo is just beyond words. Ok, so cool product. I have to say I like the texture and "grippyness" of my Hogue over molded grips better but hey, you get a laser sight.

Sight activates no problem with a very natural grip, I have not sighted these in yet.

Awesome that it has an off switch in case you shoot IDPA or something were lasers are not allowed.

Easy install,...but,...I had to file a bit off the top of my left panel because I use a Wilson extended slide release. It was easy and I had the tools but note that if you use an extended release you may have to do some fitting. This is not the fault of Crimson Trace, just letting people know.

The G10 files easily and finishes nice, if you did not know I had altered them you would never notice.

Cons:

Does not work with extended slide release, not the fault of Crimson Trace

Enhanced Remington R1

Purchased for my Remington 1911 R1 Commander. As always the grips fit perfectly with just a screwdriver. This particular set enhanced the finish on the Remington. Why waste words? The grips fit, look great, and do exactly what they are designed for.

Very good laser grips.

I got these to put on PT1911 9mm. Since CTLG is mil spec it fits very well. Had some set back due to Brazilian grip screw heads being larger since they use round head. US mil spec fillister head screws did the job. This is my third Crimson Trace product I own. I am very happy with all of them.

New Improvement from the early Crimson Tracer laser grips

I purchase this laser grips because the early laser grips would not fit my new Sig Sauer 1911 even with the right grips new update and shorter laser modification. I still had to remove about a 1/8 "" on the top of the front of the left grips in order to fit Sig Sauer larger side lock . If you own Sig Sauer 1911 this only laser grips that will work with some modifications.

Great for 1911 with Ambi Safety

I have a Kimber 1911 Ultra with ambi safety. I wanted to be able to get a set of Crimson Trace grips and no have to change the safety. The Master Series model works perfect with the ambi safety without modification or replacement.

A few tweaks, and it was sighted in and stayed on target since.

I have already bought another set for another Ultra 1911.

I own several crimson trace grips and this one functions just as good asa the others. I have also found that Crimson Trace customer service is outstanding!
