Crimson Laser Grip 1911

I recommend Crimson Lasergrip 1911 Officer's compact . This is the second laser grip I bought for my 1911 and it works great. The first laser grip a bought there was no need to sight in the laser. The new one I purchased I had to sight in and it took me 2 minutes, just follow the instructions that come with the grip. The only disappointment I had was the color of grip was lighter than Optic planet or Crimson Lasers site. It works great and I'm ok with the lighter color. The price was great and enjoy.
Best Used for:
  • At the range and low light situations.

Great for Concealed Carry!

Grips arrived quickly and as described. Installation was complete in a few minutes. Sight in took just a few more. This sight does not add anything to the weight or the profile of the handgun. That is a big consideration with a handgun utilized for concealed carry. Activation of laser is natural with proper grip upon drawing from the holster. Laser is very easy to acquire indoors and outdoors in anything other than bright light. Zero has held well over 100 rounds of .45 ACP. In the past, I considered laser sights gimmicky. I'm now checking for availability for all my 1911s I carry in any application. This is a great sight, good quality with good looks. Don't know why you would carry a 1911 or other handgun for which a Crimson Trace grip laser is available. Cost is reasonable, especially at Optics Planet! The transaction was perfect as always.

  • Slim profile
  • very easy to acquire low light
  • Activates naturally with grip
Cons:
  • Visibility in bright light difficult

  • Concealed carry.
