Crimson trace warranty might be ok, but slow - Crimson Trace LG-422 Laserguard

I bought an LG-422 for a Sig P365. It was relatively easy to install (The instructions could be a bit clearer on the trigger guard part). It was fairly easy to zero. The activation button has been a little temperamental. With less than 2000 rounds the LG-422 quit working. I got a new battery, checked it on my meter and installed it but the laser doesn't work. I went to the CT support page and gave them a lot of information and about 12 hours later I got an email asking me to provide a lot of information which duplicated all the information I gave them on my support query. Several hours later I got another CT email asking for pictures of the LG-422 including a picture of the serial number and a picture of the laser not working. Honestly, I can't read the serial number with my eyes but I attempted a picture of the microscopic numbers/letters. To take a picture of the laser not working, I went into a pitch black room and depressed the activation button and took and picture of what didn't show on the target. I'm still waiting for an RMA from CT.
