Crimson trace makes a great product - Crimson Trace G-Series Full Size Glock Laser Grip

This product was very easy to install in just a few minutes after reading the very clear instructions. It fit perfectly on the Glock gripframe and filled out the palm swell a little which benefits my larger hand. The laser turns on and off easily with minor changes in grip hand pressure, leaving the other hand free to man a flashlight, open doors, etc.
Pros: Very easy to install
Cons: None experienced to date
