This unit is a great idea for a short barrel hide away gun. As I was trying to install the unit in my berretta which was made in 2012 I found if you tighten all the screws the grip laser would tighten around the side keeping the gun from operating. It wasn't until I took the gun to a gun smith that I got it to work with a little re-working. The button for the activation of the laser is a little guestionable, hard to actuate and iffie to keep on.
