Bad criterion customer service - Criterion Barrels AR-10 Rifle Length Gas System Barrel

I would NOT recommend buying a Criterion barrel. I had a manufacture defect on mine that I did not catch during the return period. Criterion says they stand behind their barrels, no they don't. I sent them documentation and photos like their website suggested to the email address they listed. I've been ignored.

The barrel extension was clocked off enough that the bolt wouldn't go into battery properly. I went thru alot of work to figure out what was wrong with this guy. Swapped uppers, bolt and finally barrel. A new Criterion barrel fixed the clocking problem. Now, all I've asked for is a response about why the extension is off. Nothing. I'd take a replacement barrel and build another gun, but no, I get ignored. Its not like the barrel is worn out, the extension is torqued on either too tight or it was machined wrong. Either way, I have a paper weight that customer service is ignoring. Buy a barrel from a reputable company with customer service. Criterion isn't it, that is for sure.
