6.5 grendel 22” criterion
Great barrel, the hand lapped bore is superb. Very easy break in following criterion’s documentation on their site. Almost no copper during the initial 55 rounds. 205 rounds down the pipe now, and barrel potential has started to show. Multiple .5 MOA 3 shot groups. 5 shot groups (doing my part) are around MOA or slightly better, find the right ammo and you will be GTG

Please take note
I have contacted optics planet representatives twice on this matter and they still haven't fixed it. The manufacturer number for this barrel is 65G22S. Which means 6.5 Grendel 22 inch stainless. As listed on this page,it says 18 inch! I call to confirm it is a 22 inch before I ordered it. As for the barrel, I am more than happy with the accuracy! Sub MOA groups at 100 yrds. The finish on the barrel extension was a little to be desired! too much coating gave it a rough finish and I ended up polishing the feed ramps. Do this before installing the barrel as I didn't and was quite the hassle! I highly recommend this barrel and will purchase again! When Criterion comes out with the 6MM ARC!
