Very good knife
It did not come well sharpened. I had to sharpen it.
So far, I have used it a few times to cut meat, fish, and chicken on wooden board: it holds edge pretty well.
The sheath could be designed a little better to hold the knife more reliably.
Good looking and sharp
This is an attractive clip point knife...it really has a full tang, and the ergonomics are perfect for delicate knife work. The point is a little fragile, and I wouldn't use it to pry anything, but that is the nature of this point design. It works great for flipping the blade around and sliding your index finger down the blade to open a deer up. The rubber handle still works when covered with blood, and I didn't have any slippage. Time will tell how it holds up, I wouldn't put it through the dish washer. I also own the drop point mate to this, and it is also a fantastic looking knife. It arrived razor sharp, and other than using a steel, has remained that way.

A very nice knife that aligns well with today's trends in hunting gear.
This knife is good quality stainless blade with synthetic slabs. Feel, grip and balance are on par with much more expensive knives. Combined with the nylon sheath this knife will provide many years of reliable service.
Pros:
- Nice modern blade of stainless steel and excellent gripping synthetic handles.
Cons:
- A capable friction fit sheath, alth I prefer some form of fastening restraint in a knife
- I prefer a restraint type fastener on sheath.
Best Used for:
- Hunting, camping other outdoor activities
- Hunting and other outdoor ventures where a good blade is necessary
