Much-needed and stylish upgrade over factory release
I recently did a "black and gold" G17 build based on an SCT 17 lower. The SCT frames are great - very economically priced and an awesome trigger - but the factory mag release and slide stop both leave a bit to be desired. This Cross Armory release was much easier to reach from the master grip position and also seemed to be a bit more "positive" in dropping the mag free. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade. Save yourself some headache and marring on your frame while you're adding this to your cart, and get one of the "pick" style mag release spring tools.

Maybe not totally necessary but...
I installed this on my Glock 19 Gen 3. While it wasn't completely necessary, I do like that it's more pronounced than the OEM magazine release. That's also kind of its flaw at the same time, in my opinion. Best way I know how to explain it is, it's pretty stubby. It does function as expected and haven't had any issues.
