Most Helpful Positive Review LR.308 Bolt
I actually used this bolt on a 6.5 creedmoor build and it worked great. I had a coupon and a few OP bucks to spend so I got this one. Headspaced great to the rifle and had extraction and ejection.

AR 308 bolt

I previously gave this bolt assembly a negative review. I take it back. Nothing is wrong with the bolt. My bolt carrier is deficient. It is not properly drilled internally for the bolt assembly to fit. It's a bargain part I bought for $20 from a well known dealer in Abilene Tx. The bolt is very good.
Guess the only anoyance is finding a reasonably priced gas cam pin, firing pin & retainer pin to complete the bolt assembly.

doesn't fit the dpms carrier i have. Not a complete assembly either. No cam pin, firing pin, firing pin retainer

High Quality bolt

I used this bolt to replace the stock DPMS bolt on my LR308. This bolt is high quality, mine is the silver version and the coating is top notch. Haven't used it yet for reliability testing.

This bolt head fits perfect with their BCG's, AND is functional with several other after-market .308 BCG's as well. DO NOT use without a visual confirmation of critical matching measurements and smooth cycling with original BCG/receiver.
