Rob the independent semi-liberal moderate's Review of Cryptic AR-15 Cam Pin
Only time will tell if this cam pin lasts any longer than a standard cam pin, but cleaning it in the meantime will be a breeze. The edges are nicely rounded and not sharp, and the corners are beveled like in the picture. The finish is hard, extremely smooth, and there's not a flaw on it.
It might not be worth the upgrade for every gun, but if you like Cryptic's coatings and easy cleaning, this is a fairly affordable upgrade.
