Missed shots - Cuddeback CuddeLink 2+1 Cell Starter Kit - Verizon Trail Camera

The network features of this camera are but not great. Only thumbnails are sent to the home camera, and that’s also what is sent over the cell network. My biggest gripe is that the cameras aren’t very good, they miss shots, no way of knowing how many. I’ve had them out about 6 weeks now. I went from having dozens of hits a week on my old cameras (moultrie A20) in the same spots to having 2 hits in 6 weeks. I have checked the cameras twice in that time and both times found tracks that indicate that deer walked directly in front of a camera but didn’t set it off. The reports are also faulty. The number of pictures on the card will change retroactively day to day, sometimes going back two days, and the number will go up but no pictures will be sent. I’ve spent $700 on three cameras and three mounts for system that is basically worthless, because it misses shots.
