Night Ranger
This headlamp provides for a full light pattern consisting of a 6-7ft circle projected at 8 yards in front of my walking path. I am impressed with the fact that the entire circumference of the circle is fully lighted. The red and green beams do not blind our Golden Retriever (LeeLou) when playing with him at night. The push button on the top is a little stiff, but over time it is expected to soften up. For the price paid, this is an excellent buy!
Very bright and inexpensive
I doubt I will use the red and green LED's much, but the main bulb I sure will. It is very bright! The power/stage adjustment button is great, it take a strong push to turn on, so I doubt it will turn on with a small bump. Light weight. Easy to operate and load batteries. Good head band adjustment. The only thing it is missing is a swivel adjustment to point the light down, so you don't blind your hunting buddies.

Great little light for the money and budget!
I was looking for a headlamp that wouldn't hurt the wallet. This is my second year hunting and I needed something for early morning and late evening. The spread of the light is decent and the weight is next to nothing on your forehead. I purchased mine from a local sporting goods store and paid a little more than online prices. It was worth it. The only drawback is it has no brightness setting. If you were a cave explorer or active with it for more than the recommended usage time make sure to carry some extra batteries.
