This was my first purchase from this site and These glasses are GREAT! And the value for them was perfect. However, I, as a customer, had to check with customer service after I'd placed my order to see whether the glasses were in stock. The glasses should state on the site whether they are out of stock or on back order. Secondly, once I was told they were on back order, I was informed by customer service that it usually takes 1-2 weeks...no problem. Though it actually took 3 weeks before I received confirmation that the glasses were in stock and would be shipped out to me. I emailed customer service twice within the three weeks, and not one response did I receive an apology for my item not being shipped out as stated by the customer service rep. I finally received the glasses a month after placing my order. Though my glasses are great, I won't be ordering from this site again. It's not the customers responsibility to check back to see if an item is in stock.
