Most Helpful Positive Review Versatile short range scope. AR Platform Perfect
I purchased the Dark Ops 1-4 power scope for an AR15. I was a bit nervous at first, not wanting a product that was "uber tactical"...wanting one that was "uber useable!" I am pleased to report two thumbs up on how this scope delivers!! This is a lightweight, compact 1-4 powered scope with illuminated reticle. The power setting is easy to adjust with one hand as is the adjustable illumination control. The view through the scope is surprisingly crisp and clear, despite the amazing bargain price! bad packaging

Good enough tactical weapon sight for the cash. Adjustments are spot on and clicks are tight. You can use the reticle for all adjustments setting a short and long range dope simultaious... the laser etched "range finding" dual crosshair reticle seems useable.
I will be testing it against my Elcan and ACOG.
Pros: good glass, crisp useable reticle, good illumination
Cons: turret stops are easy but really weak (too weak for combat use)
