The best brace option, period.
Built a BRN-180S pistol that needed a brace. Tried an SB one, but the plastic and rubber was way too wobbly for my liking. This one one the other hand, while more expensive, is all alloy, making it it very rigid and stable. LOP is easily adjustable and the brace folds out to the side very easily and is actually usable (works like the SPAS-12 hook but easier). QD mount is very useful too since the folding 1913 mount I used left very few options for other rear sling mounts.
GOOD BRACE , NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
5 stars since it works perfectly for my Chiappa PAK9 pistol. Makes shooting painless ! Make sur do not have a steep angled grip on your rifle or else the Tailhook will not be pleasant to shoot. Pair with the Fab defense gradus grip for a more straight angle. Great duo for serving the purpose. I do not like rattle, this product needs a rubber gromet to hold the tibe tight and rigid. I hate rattle on my weapons !

Flimsy at best
I really wanted to like this telescoping tailhook brace. First off, the mod1 tailhook is a great piece and I have nothing but good things to say about the tailhook. It's solid with no movement. The telescoping brace however is not. It's very flimsy and has a lot of movement. For the cost, I would expect a little more.

Item is good but ......
Item is a good item, if you have the telescoping position set on the further most lock. Other wise the telescoping arm doesn't lock on any other notch. You can just pull on the telescope and it will change positions without pressing the button. I use the telescope fully extended, so it isn't a problem. It also has a little play in it, but the play isn't a deal breaker. Probably should get a fixed pipe instead of the telescoping arm. That would fix both problems.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- Telescope doesnt lock unless in last position
