Blem upper receiver - Del-Ton Pre-Ban Government Profile Rifle Kit

The kit i recieved was in good condition. It wasnt missing any parts. How ever problem i saw was the upper receiver was a blem. Its supposed to be a cardinal forging mark but it is a solid blob. It doesnt affect how it works but its not listed as having defects.
