The Desantis Dual-Carry is THE best IWB holster for either of these pistols, and you also have the option of carrying these types on the outside of your belt too.
The Desantis designers got this one perfect for these compact pistols in that the grip is the only portion of the gun that is outside the waistband, allowing for a good grasp for drawing, and yet the pistol is deep enough inside the waistband so as to never make a "print" on your overgarmant to show anyone you are carrying.
The thumb break gives added protection that th gun will never come loose, and yet it is easily unclipped for drawing purposes.
