There is really only one way to have a functional IWB leather holster that works, it needs reinforcing. A piece of leather "reinforcing" wont do it. If you want to see what holster this one is copying check out Milt Sparks website and lookup Versa Max 2.. basically identical looking to this one.. theirs has a metal band under the "reinforcing" where this one is only a strip of leather, it prevents your belts pressure squishing the holster and making the gun not so easy to draw. And, the Sparks is handmade, and uses horsehide for the back half that makes contact with your skin.. a true piece of well thought out craftsmanship that will last a lifetime... and well worth the wait and extra money.

So save up, get the holster this one copies. Or keep your eyes peeled on unmentioned auction sites, theyre up there pretty frequently. Ive gotten 2 and a carry belt off there for a decent deal.
