There is really only one way to have a functional IWB leather holster that works, it needs reinforcing. A piece of leather "reinforcing" wont do it. Great Fit, Comfort and Looks

The holster exceeded my expectations. I find it easy to adjust to provide me with a great fit and is extremely comfortable to wear all day. Both my 1911 Govt issue WWI Colt and Kimber Pro Crimson Carry II are equally at home and ware comfortably in this holster. I was able to remove my belt loops and caused no damage, blemishes or marring to its surface

Mad Max holster

Love the holster,comfortable,excellent weight distribution.I carry a 5" 1911 and really don't notice it's there!Break-in was easy,and love the positioning,hugs my rib cage. Next is a good belt and mag pouch! Thanks guys!Kip

For a Springfield 1911 A1

Excellent holster. Well made of heavy leather. Pistol is a tight fit as it should be when new. Rides nice IWB with J clips. I preferred them over the loops. It comes with both. Right now it is tough to get the pistol out but that will change as the holster gets broken in. Holstering is easy as the leather stays open because of the heavy doubled leather at the top. Really good price for a quality holster.
