Small But Mighty!
This has become my favorite holster for concealed carry of my S&W mp Shield .45 cal. My gun fit immediately without a work-in period. I had to make only a small adjustment with the tension screw to obtain desired retention strength. The holster rides at just the right height and fits between belt loops on all of my pants so it doesn't slide around. I get a smooth draw with the tension screw properly adjusted, while retention is still satisfactory. The quality of the leather is excellent as is the stitching, but it is definitely not bulky. I ordered one of these Mini Scabbards for my Ruger Security 380. It's the same one listed for the Security 9 compact. works for me
I use this model for all my carry guns. I was concerned at first as I had always used holsters with thumb snaps before. With the tension screw, you can make sure the gun is tightly held, but quickly accessible. I am very active and have never had a gun come out of the holster. Quick to put on when going out and comfortable all day I would recommend this.

- May need to modify rubber grommet slightly on certain guns to tighten sufficently

Desantis Mini Scabbard
Very nicely constructed. Tension screw assures a good fit in the future. Very compact and great looking. Makes a nice "dress" holster. Fits tight up against the body for great concealability. will switch between this and Kydex dependeing on the weather.

NIce open carry holster for SIG P238 w/Laser
Bought the black version for my P238 with laser since I will be going to a family reunion in a normal (open carry) state this Summer and I won't need to use my IWB one for this pistol. FYI it is larger than both my DB380 and Ruger LCP and accordingly less convenient for IWB, although I find it more comfortable to shoot for extended plinking/practice.

Excellent Quality Scabbard
Bought this for my Shield 45. It fits extremely well & looks good also .Adjustable retention works good . Very comfortable to wear , you hardly notice it . Conceals easily & overall a great buy that should last a long time .

Once again, we know the product is first quality. This is another special order in which I talked to a person-she checked to make sure this was for the .45 ACP version. There was a shipping window. It arrived and arrived well within the time frame. It is flawless, the tension adjustment really works. Cant is perfect. Optics Planet is one of the most productive vendors for lefties.
