Defective snap
I bought a NY style rig. In adjusting it and trying it on a third time, a snap I had not messed with just came apart. The male side came off and was stuck in the female part. I had to pry it out. I then Super Glued it in place. It seems to be holding and looks as if just fine. The real problem is the rig is not designed to fit a 54R chest or bigger. DeSantis told me this. I will have to work on the fit myself. DeSantis wanted me to send a picture of the broken snap! Not happening now since I glued it.

This is the first shoulder system I have EVER approved of as an Instructor, for open carry (or edc) IN TEXAS... WITH A COMMANDER SIZE 1911 AND TWO MAGAZINES OFF SIDE IT BALANCES PERFECTLY!!!...You NEED to practice TO DRAW FROM IT SAFELY THOUGH OTHERWISE...I LOVE THIS THING!...ORDERED SPARE COMPONENTS WEARING IT AS I WRITE THIS...great pieces of kit
