Great holster
Secure retention, comfortable enough. I'm not sure IWB will ever be perfectly comfortable, at least for me, but I looked around for a holster that had a soft backing (this does), has a tab to prevent jabbing by the dovetail (this does), and isn't a foot across, which makes repositioning a bit easier (this one does). I just picked up a Reflex and will be buying a second for it. I would prefer it be more modular like Alien gear, but the modular units seemed to be bulkier. Printing didn't seem to be an issue.

Design flaw or I got a bad one
I have other Desantis holsters and love them. Purchased for a G19 W/TLR 7. The soft foam back allowed gun to twist in holster. Retention was still good but no positive seating or "click". I adjusted tension screws which helped twisting a bit but definitely not a secure fit. I decided to try for a few days. While wearing I adjusted it using handle (not drawing from holster, just sliding) and due to the flexible back the gun pushed down further causing light bezel to stick between kydex and back of holster, locking it in place. Could not draw after that. Literally had to remove holster so it was not smashed between front and back. I don't know if I got a lemon or if it is just how this model is. I am guessing this would be a great holster for a non light bearing gun but definitely unusable in my case so I returned.
