Top rings inner radius irregular
The mount I received has defective top rings. Their inner radius are irregular. Rough machining marks as well. You have to check carefully. Don't assume it's all good. I couldn't believe it's so bad; for an USA made product this shouldn't have been a problem. Other than that, the base rings are excellent, with strong mounting screws.

- I like the x-height.
Cons:
- Defective top rings.

Great mount
Outstanding mount. Well packaged and appears to be well machined to tight tolerances and alignment. I mounted my high power service rifle optic to this to stay with current treads in XTC. With my 4x vortex mounted, this gives correct eye relief with a nose on charging handle head placement.
