This is a very easy and fast way to make sure your scope is level.

DNZ Nevel scope leveler
This product is made for DNZ scope mounts and works for getting your scope level for the most part, it does have a little slop so you will have to play with it to get the scope perfectly level... I will say that the DNZ scope mounts are precision made, in my opinion the best you can buy..I have no complaints...
