Purchased this item 2 times at 20.00 each. First one never held a charge, read the directions to the fullest. Threw out, bought another to give a second chance, worked the first couple of times, now again not holding a charge. Only use it totuen on and off periodically for approx 20 minutes while walking the dog.
Pros: Bright light
Cons: Doesn't Stay Charged
