This is more than just snakeshot, unlike others it works in semi-automatic pistols. Has more stopping power than the .22 caliber snakeshot shells. This makes it effective on larger animals. I bought the 9mm option so it can be used for personal protection along with regular 9mm ammo in the magazine.
