I bought this spring set for my SIG P320 XCompact. While I didn't necessarily expect a world of a difference, as a casual shooter I could not see any benefit with the 3 springs provided over my OEM spring. In fact, because the recoil impulse is.. different, my group placement changed.
So, if you need different spring weights to fix a compensated pistol, I'd recommend them. If you're not compensating your pistol, your mileage will vary greatly.
