While it may be tempting to believe that putting this on a compatible muzzle brake will let you keep the benefits of recoil control, I can vouch that this is not the case. It is difficult to compare this to a bare muzzle, in which case I'm sure it has a benefit, but this does not compare to the performance of a muzzle brake unrestricted.
I use this on my J-Comp Gen 2, and with the comp alone, I feel like I've turned muzzle movement off. With this on, I get rise and drift up and to the right. While you can definitely mitigate it with technique, it's not a "have your cake and eat it too" situation.
So what is this good for? It's great for when you need to shoot indoors and not bother everyone around you, and not concuss yourself with the muzzle brake. It can also be a decent analog for training with a little bit of extra weight and length on your barrel if you intend to suppress it later. It's effectively an off switch for your muzzle brake.

Do not let anyone fool you: this thing will unleash a blast, and everyone will notice it, yourself included. It will feel like a cannon is going off nearby. I put the SI Oppressor on mine for when I'm shooting indoors.
That said, with it off, it feels like cheating. Your recoil is almost completely eliminated. With good technique, this will let your AR feel like a laser gun.. albeit with a free flashbang on every shot. This improvement was night and day. Plus, it looks fairly slick.
Not recommended for use indoors.

I bought this spring set for my SIG P320 XCompact. While I didn't necessarily expect a world of a difference, as a casual shooter I could not see any benefit with the 3 springs provided over my OEM spring. In fact, because the recoil impulse is.. different, my group placement changed.
So, if you need different spring weights to fix a compensated pistol, I'd recommend them. If you're not compensating your pistol, your mileage will vary greatly.

I can't necessarily speak for the suppressor performance just yet, but as far as the low profile handles, they are a world of a difference. I had a Breek Warhammer previously, and the handles would dig into my chest. These do not. However, there's not as much handle to grab onto, so it will require more practice to get used to.

I have an m-lok vertical foregrip from Magpul I use and wanted to plug this thing into. At first I thought it was just a little too big, but the tolerance is just perfect. About as close as you can get to water tight, honestly. Good way to turn your empty grip into a compartment for tools and batteries. Recommended.

I think as far as affordable micro pistol optics go, this is actually pretty good. They offer options in terms of shake awake, manual or automatic brightness, green or red dot, comprehensive screw packages, and a shell to protect the optic.
My gripes exist in that there is no cut out in the rear to allow for co-witnessing with normal profile sights, you will need suppressor height sights. The battery compartment is underneath, which has pros and cons. The elevation and windage screws are so small you will need a specialized flathead to adjust them.
Swampfox has specs on their website, but these were just the things I noticed. I trust my life to this optic, but I hope they come out with a 2.0. Also, don't buy it for $200, you can snag it for 2/3rds that price. Also, make sure your screws fit snug, and choose the right thread pitch, or the optic will fail to function as intended. That ain't Swampfox, that's on you.

Not every problem can be solved with a kind word or a loaded gun. This is a good middle ground for three reasons. One, it works - i've used this particular can on numerous aggressors and it got them to turn tail. Two, it's a gel, so getting a taste of your own medicine is less likely, plus it reaches further. Three, in most jurisdictions it is not a weapon, though check your local laws. Comes with an elastic belt pouch to put it in.

These things are starting to become prolific in the weapon light scene, and for good reason. It's reasonably rugged, stupid easy to install, thought out controls, and no wires required. If you prefer a pressure pad setup, this is not for you, but if you want a good rifle light under your support thumb this is perfect. Also looks slick as heck.

Clearly some thought was put into this sling. While I wouldn't call it ideal for heavy abuse, it's sturdy, it's light, it's quiet, and installation is easy. You don't need additional hardware if your equipment permits it, and it's still adjustible, albeit not as quickly as other alternatives. It's also very affordable.

I don't see a reason to use any other kind of pistol mag pouch if you value speed and low profile. The material quality is very good, not your typical nylon rubbish, and it holds mags very snug. There are two soft velcro loops on the back that are attached internally, so once you have this secured it isn't coming off. I like this pouch a lot, and I highly recommend it.
