Good optic.. with some caveats - OpticsPlanet Exclusive Swampfox Sentinel 1x16mm Ultra Compact Micro Red Dot Sight

I think as far as affordable micro pistol optics go, this is actually pretty good. They offer options in terms of shake awake, manual or automatic brightness, green or red dot, comprehensive screw packages, and a shell to protect the optic.

My gripes exist in that there is no cut out in the rear to allow for co-witnessing with normal profile sights, you will need suppressor height sights. The battery compartment is underneath, which has pros and cons. The elevation and windage screws are so small you will need a specialized flathead to adjust them.

Swampfox has specs on their website, but these were just the things I noticed. I trust my life to this optic, but I hope they come out with a 2.0. Also, don't buy it for $200, you can snag it for 2/3rds that price. Also, make sure your screws fit snug, and choose the right thread pitch, or the optic will fail to function as intended. That ain't Swampfox, that's on you.
