Good little green dot.

I like the red dot the glass is very clear and I was surprised by the quality of the optic. My only gripe is because it is so small I have trouble picking up the dot, this is mostly user error. Overall I like it and would recommend.

Got a lemon

My buddy and I got the same optic for our Hellcats. His sighted in with ease, but we never could sight in mine. We tried a couple times at the range to get it to work, but was always way left no matter how much we adjusted it. Finally took it off and switched to iron sights. Meant to send it back, but it’s just been sitting on the shelf for awhile now. Was hopeful, heard things about swampfox (my buddies works fine) but definitely sketched out that I got one that won’t sight in.

Came Back For Seconds

Originally purchased for P365X Macro and loved it so much I bought a second one for my M&P 5.7. It fits both without the need for adapter plates.
Pros:
  • Clear, Bright, Auto Brightness that actually works well.
Cons:
  • Battery loads from the bottom which requires you to remove the sight.
Best Used for:
  • Compact/Micro/Concealed Carry

Swampfox auto bright

The swapfox is a nice piece but there dot is just not bright enough for outdoor conditions. The dot is easy faded with bright sunny weather do not recommend

Dot very dim in bright even med light, doesnt seem to have much auto adjust range beyond day/night,product should have never been put on market

Great budget optic

The swampfox sentinel does its job really well for the price point. Easy install, great red dot illumination, and the auto brightness is responsive. The only con is that the battery is placed under the optic. That might seem inconvenient for some people. Overall, the sight is a good choice for those not breaking the bank.

Swampfox sentinel compact micro

The quality of the optic is fine it's the model I got. I though I was getting the regular old sentinel because that is what was pictured. This one however is the one that auto adjust the brightness. There's no manual way. The site however is always dim atleast to me. Even after I swapped batteries. If you get one make sure it's the manual adjusting model

The best feature of this sight is the automatic brightness adjust! There is no fumbling to intensify or dim the dot to existing light conditions. You draw the firearm and by the time you get it up to eye level, the dot is adjusted to prevailing light conditions.

Great optics, limited mounting accessories.

The optics and green dot are great! The price is amazing for the quality and durability. My only complaint is the sight comes with 4 different sets of mounting screws, but none of the 4 fit the S&W Equalizer. Still trying to get it mounted correctly.
