20 rounds and failed - OpticsPlanet Exclusive Swampfox Sentinel 1x16mm Ultra Compact Micro Red Dot Sight

I purchased this optic for a 43x MOS. It fit perfectly and looked great. That’s all it did. I bought the manual version. I started zeroing the optic. Two magazines in the optic stopped working. I replaced the battery and still it would not turn on. Emailed swampfox and they told me to send it back. I asked for a refund based on the fact that I will not trust an optic that lasted 20 rounds. Swampfox is now stating that they will be charging me for some protective cover that wasn’t in the box. Some customer service they have.. So on top of all the time spent installing the optic, driving to the range, driving to the store for an extra battery to troubleshoot their POS, drive to FedEx, and pay for a package to ship it in they are going to charge me for something that wasn’t in the box. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Buy at your own risk.
