Everything I was Expecting
This is just a review on the quality of construction and fit - I haven't had a chance to field test it yet. I have a large noggin and the balaclava fits better than anything else I've tried. The material and stitching seem top notch as well. I'm very happy with my purchase!
Useful for any occasion
3rd one I've owned(keep losing them lol) so far, they are really comfortable and breathable under hot weather. I was surprised it kept me warm around winter time aswell.

Best Lightweight FR face protection!
This balaclava is really worth every penny! It's lightweight so you don't feel like you're overheating in the summertime. Plus it protects your face from the elements such as dirt, pollen and other debris. An added bonus is the FR protection when working close to heat or flames. I will be buying a backup.

FR balaclava
I purchased two of these to add to my emergency kit, escpecially wanted a fire rated head gear as we are in the middle of a forest. Fits great and I would buy again. Fast shipping by Optics Planet as well , thanks

Heck of a hood
I wear it all day to keep the sun off my face as i work in the heat. it has gotten up to 100°f and I had no issues wearing it. it is comfortable and easy to maintain and i have to fill in the rest with words or i get an error message. the hood works and doesnt over heat or bother my skin or face

SWAT Medic
Great fit and received it fast. The quality met my expectation as a multi-function item. I use this item when on tactical call outs in warm and cold weather. It can be worn in multiple ways with is perfect underneath my low profile Kevlar helmet. The neck line is just long enough to stay underneath by battle shirt and actual protects my neck against chafing from my gear while climbing and low crawl activity. I recommend this item for any operator who is interested in identity concealment and element protection.
