I have not used it yet, I have not had time to even get the boat out ( unbelievable) ! This creel looks pretty well made, little compartment for odds and ends. Priced pretty darn good, a whole bunch cheaper than wicker creels, if you have the time I do not have for fishing then I would purchase the cheaper side for a while. The creel will be just fine in my opinion, for what it is worth.
