Awesome product, well made and constructed, fits my AR15 with scope like a glove and fits nicely in my pack looking very incognito. Will have to test it all out once I go camping but by looks alone I love it and should stand the test of time

Purchased this for an AR based SPR rifle with scope, and it's a perfect fit in the scabbard without using the top part. Scabbard Is well made, using heavy weight Cordura with some padding. Quality construction, and nice layout. I usually reject purchase of Made in China products, and prefer Made in USA products for tactical gear. This product is Made in Vietnam, but quality control appears high, resulting in a good product. The Scabbard came with old school military style belt clips for attaching to a pack, but still has PALS webbing on both front and back to allow quite a few attachment points. I'm not using the scabbard attached to a pack, but wearing it by itself with user provided backpack straps that came off a Blackhawk drag bag. Attached them directly to the PALS webbing to make it work. Wish they had provided reinforced attachment points for that purpose, but their intended use of the scabbard was for attachment to a pack.

As with all Eberlestock products, the quality and design is generally unmatched by most other competitors. This particular item is modular and meant to go with a variety of the backpack systems available but can also be used as stand alone. It is light but the fabrication is robust and functional. It is adjustable to a variety of long rifle/ AR weapons systems. I recommend the product due to its versatility of use as well as with other Eberlestock products.

This is a first-rate product. Eberlestock only makes top-end equipment. Weapon fits perfectly and the scabbard fits nicely in my Eberlestock J79 Skycrane II pack. I also like Eberlestock's version of the military green. The military green is almost OD but has a tint more brown to it.
