Most Helpful Positive Review Really nice pack
So far I've been able to pack and wear this pack comfortably as a small framed individual (I'm 140lbs 5'4") with anywhere before 40-60lbs. The ONLY gripe I have is that my 3L camel pack bladders so not fit entirely into the hydration sleeves in the outer pockets, but that's something I should have read about before I made the purchase.

Made in Vietnam not Idaho!

by Wishing was USA, from CA, United States Written on February 25, 2023
Pack well made but completely mis represented. I bought the Destroyer pack and the label inside clearly says made in Vietnam. CHINA! Disappointed to say the least. Will up load video of label. The product is good and I just bought my wife the Kite and a lot of accessories to go with it , but sadly The product is not USA as it should be.
Pros:
  • Build well
Cons:
  • Made in Vietnam

Destroyer or Battleship

by Wishing was USA, from CA, United States Written on April 16, 2022
I got this to replace my faithful ILBE gen 2. Excellent quality and the military green is a nice color. The pack is a little smaller than I expected and would recommend getting the battleship if you want a large pack. Overall very pleased with it.
Pros:
  • Quality
Cons:
  • None

great backpack

by Alabama prepper, from AL, United States Written on March 6, 2017
This backpack is awesome, it has tons of room for everything you need to bug out. I have mine loaded up to a total weight of 55 lbs without firearm or ammo and it is extremely comfortable to wear. The pack is built to last but that being said it does come in at almost 9 pounds by itself. That is the only negative I have found
Pros:
  • Durability
  • Looks great
  • tons of space
  • Dual access to main compartment
Cons:
  • weight
Best Used for:
  • BOB or tactical bag

Better than I expected.... And bigger

by BangToot, Verified Owner from WI, United States Written on July 10, 2015
I could live out of this bag for a week, or at least an extended weekend. The bag oozes a quality unmatched in other brands. You will not run out of snaps and straps to hold all your gear. I will own another Eberle stock... But not because I'll be replacing this one. It will last a lifetime.

The "Mother of ALL PACKS!"

by John, from MS, United States Written on August 31, 2014
Absolutely LOVE the Destroyer Backback. The name is a good hint! Top-quality production, loads of room, compartments, MOLLE attachment areas, and the COMFORT fully-loaded makes "humping" almost painless--as GOOD AS IT GETS!

Back at it Again..

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on December 24, 2013
I've been privy to earlier models of this pack. This one has some improvements. It is still a weight saving blend of Cordura. Molle on the inside has been removed. I prefer this size for the nimbleness and expansion capabilities outside - plenty of straps for that. Minor improvements are what looks like forward pull waistbelt straps, colored side mesh pockets, additional interior radio pocket strap, denser lumbar. Overall, I'm glad I did it again and this pack is comfortably able.
Pros: Ergos, Durability, Comfort, Waistbelt,
Cons: Not the highest end offering..
