Good backpack for the average man
I was a bit worried about the non-adjustable hip strap, But as an average sized person (5'11") I was pleasantly surprised. I took a gamble and had a bike ride through New Orleans with my lady leading the way. The pack vented well, rode well, and was very comfortable for the entire time. We wound up ...

Eberlestock X2 Backpack
1. for both the waist belt and two cushion pads on the back lining the cushioning material is open cell foam. One would not know it on buying as the foam is covered with mesh. One would know once having used it as these parts absorbs water (during raining, for example), or sweat. This firstly increa...

Great sturdy pack
This pack is sturdy and fits comfortably. Many pockets that are easily accessible. The only draw back is the waist strap, it is thought to tighten tight enough for my comfort. I can carry two tripods bino’s and spotting scope.

Solid Pack!
This pack is awesome! I love the durability, you pick it up and it just feels like a quality made item. It is a great day pack and an expand to put meat, sheds, or any big items you may need to carry out of the woods. I last used it for a coyote hunt. Held my tripods, bino's, caller, decoys, with plenty of room to spare. Will be an excellent backwoods fishing pack and early scouting day pack. Super happy with this purchase!
Pros:
- Durability
- Quality
- Functional
Cons:
- A bit Expensive these days
Best Used for:
- hunting
- fishing
- Day pack
- Rucking

Amazing bag!
I love this bag. It Carrie’s everything that I need. I just returned from an out of state hunt where the bag transported everything from tree stands and sticks to hunting clothes and gear. I use the bag regularly to carry my tree saddle gear and sticks too. I love the bat wings for putting sticks in and I use the front clips for securing my platform. The large pocket is awesome for clothes and the rest of the pockets hold all of my gear. This bag is extremely well thought out. The only downfall I can find, is that the main compartment is a little noisy when you get things out of it. I don’t think there’s a good way to have it be waterproof and as functional as it is without the noise. And a little pre planning can mitigate most of that. I will buy again if the bag ever wears out!
Pros:
- Lots of pockets
- Tuff
- Well thought out
- carries extremely well
- will fit all the gear you need for a day
Cons:
- Main pocket is a little noisy
Best Used for:
- day hunts

FIRST CLASS PACK
Bought this to carry a chair and ground blind for spring turkey and my climbing steps and platform for deer hunting. It has worked great and is built like a brick outhouse. The compartments are well thought out and allow you to organize your gear in a smart way. I am 5'7" and the pack fits me very well. The lifting straps work great and let me pull the load high and close to the frame after getting the pack on. The hip belt zippered pockets are pretty handy. The only change I would recommend would be to add a hydration bag hanger in the main compartment. You could strap one under the "laces" on the outside of the pack but I would think you'd need a cover for the bag to protect it from your climbing sticks, platform or treestand.
Best Used for:
- Everything except multiday backcountry hunts.

Perfect backpack for Saddle Hunting
Bought this backpack on the recommendation of other Saddle Hunters. Could not be more pleased. My climbing sticks fit perfectly in the sides. My hunting platform nestles in nicely. The design of this backpack keeps most of the weight on my hips not my shoulders. Very pleased.
Besides, when I harvest a deer deep in the woods, this backpack is versatile enough to allow me to pack it out on the pack. Well done, Eberlestock.

Great product.
Bought this bag and plan on using it this fall in Wyoming. Great quality bag and smaller and lighter weight than some of my other bags but will carry everything I need. I also bought the scabbard for it to because I love how easy it is to stow and remove the gun. It can also be removed when not needing it unlike my other eberlestock bag.

Great bug out bag!
The space alone puts this bag at the top. large "quick access" pockets outside of the enclosed expanding part of the bag. great design, great bag, not to mention its only 199.00. Also plenty of reviews of this bag on youtube which is rare so check it out for yourself before purchasing.

Solid bag but also a touch heavy
It's a solid bag with lots of capabilities. Have taken it on a few hikes and it was comfortable the whole time. The air gap that keeps the bag off your back is nice, but I haven't used it yet in hot weather.

Eberlestock pack
Great pack . Was a little skeptical at first, but once I had pack in front of me I knew it would work just fine. I will be using it for bear hunting in Pennsylvania. I usually pack a days worth of food and clothing and set out in the ANF.
