I have six of these rail and have never had an issue. If you are shooting under 500 yards get the flat rail. If over that the go for the 20 MOA. They are very easy to install just make sure to use Blue Loctite.

This is a good value option for a Tikka rail. It would be better if there were a recoil lug on the rail that interfaced with the action, like the Mountain Tactical Tikka rail has. It's a perfectly adequate picatinny rail with no play or flex apparent.

One of the screws sheared off after about 70 rounds and is now stuck in my receiver. So now I have to spend more time and money to get it repaired. Hopefully I can get that screw out. Don't waste your money.

I installed this on a Tikka T3 hunter. It is quality and mounted up square. I did however have to cut off a little of the rail with a dremal tool so my low mounted scope would fit. A normal height scope mount would not have been a problem.

I was looking for a solid rail to mount for optics purposes on my Tikka T3-Lite Stainless .308 & this product fit the bill perfectly!
It is well made/machined, mounts easily, serves its purpose & is priced as something to this nature should be. (The next closest similar product is priced over $100.) I didn't purchase this item to be a cheap-skate, but I contacted the company that manufacturers this item prior to purchase & they manufacture this item the same way all the high end name brand companies do.... I recommend this product to anyone wanting to add a rail for optics on their Tikka T3's.

Excellent quality base that secures good and solid to any rifle. I have these on a number of different models of rifles and every one of them has been a perfect fit. This base is an excellent addition for anybody going for the tactical look and also provides an easy secure way to mount optics a little further back to accommodate youth hunters or hunters that require a shorter length of pull for optimum eye relief. When using 50mm objective scopes a medium height ring provides perfect clearance.

Just the thing to dress up my Tikka. Functional and good looking. I had my optic mounted with some weaver bases and it was very restrictive as to where I mounted my optic. Now I have a lot more space and can set my eye relief perfectly. Flat out the rail is much more attractive than standard bases as well.

The rail mounted up with no problem. Gives me the ability to mount a 50 mm scope with taller rings onto my 270. Installation was no problem. For all you Tikka owners make sure that if you are buying a stock rifle that when you remove the screws from the top, screw them in all the way and it will push them out into the barrel. That is the only way to remove the screws. You cannot try to reverse them out. They're only plastic plugs. The only thing that I didn't like was the rail was supposed to be the exact set up on my rifle, but it seemed to be long because it hung off of the top by about an inch. It was supposed to be an exact fit so I'm not quite sure why it did this but either way it looks OK.
