I recently added a light and laser combo to my PX4 Compact and needed a holster for it. This works great.
There is a certain amount of play because of the compact barrel. I guess the fit would be better for the full size pX4. The extra play does not affect use and I don't have a problem with that. I may get the full size PX4 eventually anyway.

Usually I think universal holsters are universally useless, but this thing works. I had been trying to find a holster for a somewhat unusual pistol with difficulty and decided this would be better than nothing, but I think I'll stop my search now. I have a CZ p-01 with an O-light PL mini mounted on it, and this fits it really well. Mine has the threaded barrel and suppressor sights too, and nothing snags or sticks out. In case you have the same gun, the model I ordered was the 7680. I'm impressed with the build quality and the clever features. The adjustability is fantastic, I'm confident this would fit a ton of pistols without issue. The mag pouch is a nice touch, and if you don't like it you can always leave it empty. You probably won't be concealing this holster, but I didn't buy it for that so I don't care. The retention straps are both adjustable (the hard plastic one too, just doesn't look like it initially but they even give you a little tool to break the Velcro) and the top strap does have a thumb break. It is under a Velcro strap though, so it isn't the fastest drawing holster out there.
The only downside is the belt attachment. It is just one strap, so you can't use a belt loop to hold it in position. It's on one side of the loop or the other and could slide around a bit. However, there are two attachment straps on the holster for different belt sizes, and the smaller of them holds it very firmly on my belt (Kore ratchet gun belt) so I don't see it being a problem ...

Material and stitching is excellent. Weapon (Sig P226, full size) is held in place by locking clip strap, 1 snap strap & 1 Velcro strap. The holster accommodates my Streamlight TLR-4. Also, comes with 1 mag. pouch. Very nice system.

This is one of the worst designed holsters ever marketed for 1911s. The body is simply too large for a 1911 that is not equipped with a rail and a light. Even with the velcro tabs cinched as tight as possible and with the retention strap properly adjusted and snapped, the fit was so sloppy that you could easily pull the pistol out of the holster (and that was with the hammer down - forget about condition 1). I had high hopes for this holster, since it is one of the only tactical belt holster designs out there. Seems that practially every manufacturer has drunk the drop-leg Koolaid. Stop making what the mall ninjas think is tacticool and try making some stuff that works in the real world. Like a well-designed, hard-use nylon belt holster. Is that really too much to ask?

Accomodates for having a light, accessories on your weapon, etc. However, this was not as snug of a fit as I thought and the extra velcro was just an additional layer I didn't like in case if I needed to quickly draw my side arm.
Pros: Accomodates for having a light, accessories on your weapon, etc
Cons: Too cumberson for a quick draw

Exactly as I expected it. Retains Sig Sauer P226r well. After trying a few Safariland holsters that were supposed to fit (and didn't), I went with this. There are two retention straps and a thumb break. It isn't the fastest holster, but its secure and easy to use.

I got this to make sure my gun is held in nice and secure when I go out on the horses or ATV. I also use it when I go hunting. There is no way for the gun or mag to slip out. It is rather bulky but it's great for out door activities.
Pros: secure and works great
Cons: Bulky

After going through nearly two dozen holster and weapon combinations, I can safely state that this is the one of the most comfortable all day duty holsters for large framed pistols...period!
The quality of stiching, branding, the various safety straps, which happen to be modular by design and thus are totally adaptable to the shooter's requirement's, are a godsend. The front mag pouch is conveniently located and doesn't interfere with any sort of drawing action. Carrying my all steel CZ 75 Shadow or my Dan Wesson Valour (weapons famous for their considerable heft) was a breeze, so top marks there.
The only caveat was that I couldn't adapt the holster for C&C configurations, but at 5 inches on the barrell, concealing is not on the list of priorities, so I guess I'm just nitpicking here. Good job Elite Survival Systems...this one's a keeper.
Pros: Quality of production, comfort, mag pouch, modularity
Cons: Not a C&C holster by a long shot!!
