Great rifle bag

I bought this bag as something that my CZ scorpion would fit into. I plan on adding different accessories to the gun and wanted something that would accommodate it still as I added. I needed something long and strudy. The quality feels very good and it seems to have a good zipper on it. I only wish it was higher than 10 inches because you cannot fit the gun in the bag with the red dot sight on and magazine in the gun. Other than the height, it is a good sturdy case.

Love these cases

I love these Assault Systems weapon cases. I currently own 3 of them. Their quality is top notch with heavy material and strong stitching. These are much better cases than other cheaper gun cases I see on the web.

ESS Long Gun Case

Tried to get a Condor drag bag but was back-ordered so I went with this one. No shoulder straps to carry like a backpack but servicable shoulder carry strap.

Wish the cargo pockets extended for width more.

Ample padding to protect your scope and rifle.

Good for the price but will go with a drag bag next time.

Elite protection and storage

After a great deal of searching, this Elite Survival Assault Systems case was the right length and not complicated. Using this to store an overall 44" shotgun makes it ideal. Design is the biggest factor here being that it has storage, durability and style. I would buy this case again just to enjoy the value.

Best RIfle (or shotgun) Case!

I have long been a fan of Assault Systems products. The current items are of the same quality, including this latest purchase of a Elite Survival Systems Assault Systems Special Weapons Case. The fabric, stitching and hardware, including zippers and strap, are of the highest quality. The bag is not unduly complicated with pockets and fasteners, but has sufficient storage for any needed accessories and secure closures for rough use. The padding is some of the best I have seen in an affordable case. Optics Planet price on these cases make them irresistible in terms of rifle protection.
Pros: contruction, protection, durability and price
Cons: none in years and with many similar products

Not What I Expected

This product should fulfill the basic requirement of protecting the firearm. The two large exterior pockets cannot hold anything wider than folded paper or maybe a wallet. Just 3 boxes of 5 rounds of shotgun shells will make the pockets "poof" out to far for the cover flap to securely catch the pocket velcro. The pockets should be another inch higher with another inch of velcro. The metal fittings on the carry strap should work OK but have sharp edges. Overall it's not worth the price.
Pros: good padding, good zipper, adequate carry strap
Cons: overpriced, useless exterior pockets
