Most Helpful Positive Review Elite Survival Systems Horizonal Holster
I find the holster properly constructed. The major item that I do not like is the fact that the magazine pouch on top of the holster opens on the strong side hand end. Seeing that this holster is worn horizonally, the magazine pouch should open on the weak side hand end so the operator could grap ...

Most Helpful Negative Review Left hand, full size
I bought the 7691 left hand draw for a full size 45acp w/tac-light. First, word of caution, not all the pictures are specifically for the 7691. All three levels of straps go under the beavertail. The holster doesn’t cover as much of the gun as I’d expect, and if not strapped, practically drops ou...

This holster is awesome!!

by Hawk, Verified Owner from KY, United States Written on June 1, 2022
Just got it today so my experience is from initial impressions. It's well made, in the USA no less. It fits my FNHUSA FNX-45 with a surefire X400...but...the gun does stick out a bit. Not unmanageable, but it's noticeable. Also, you CAN orient the holster in a straight up and down configuration and not just the canted configuration shown. However, there are a few cons. The thumb break support strap is not made in a way in which to tuck it out of the way. I'd also like to see an option to omit the magazine pouch.
Pros:
  • Universal Fit Modular Placement Pretty much the only holster made like this anymore
Cons:
  • Thumb Break Support strap needs a way to tuck it out of the way when not in use. Would like to leave off the magazine pouch.
Best Used for:
  • Those who have a gun that isn't a Glock and need a holster for it.

Great Holster

by Mark S, Verified Owner from KS, United States Written on June 1, 2017
I have this holster mounted inside a Sig Sauer MOLLE computer bag to hold my Springfield Armory XD(M) 45 ACP. Holds the weapon with a Crimson Trace firmly. Has two different ways to secure the weapon in the holster: a strap with a snap and a strap with velcro. Would be nice if the strap with the snap was removable as I'm not using that strap to secure the weapon.

Elite MOLLE Pistol Holster

by HarborPatrolJ, from FL, United States Written on October 4, 2015
This holster is everything I had hoped it would be for a Sig with laser/light. It is well made and the pistol is secure in the holster even during vigorous training and moving around on a patrol boat. Would highly recommend it.
Pros:
  • Quality of manufacture
  • Security in hold in firearm
Cons:
  • None
Would recommend: Yes

Best Molle Holster for Mounted Light

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on August 23, 2013
I searched for a long time for a holster for my plate carrier and this is the best one I found. Great price, great construction
Pros: Molle is set at an angle putting the grip in place for a smooth draw
Cons: One too many securing straps

just ok

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on April 27, 2013
this review is solely based on my expectations of a MOLLE compatible holster. I have not used it in a belt attachment mode. on a chest mount it is floppy when running. the snap release is definitely on the wrong side. had to wait three weeks for it because it wasn't made yet. seller should only post items they actually have, please.
Pros: works with a light
Cons: snap release should be on outside of holster, flops around in MOLLE vest applications,

Made for best

This holster is angled towards rear and not made for drop leg mollie rig. I wish it mentioned that in the description.
Pros: Sturdy
Cons: Angle not adjustable

Good Tactical Holster

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on February 16, 2013
Very good material, quality construction, mounting on my vest is easy, just 2 snaps. It fit my Sig P220 with Streamlight TLR-2 like a glove with very minor adjustment. Rock solid retention and quick draw. Mag pouch can hold a 10 round Sig magazine. Made in USA.
Pros: Excellent Quality
Cons: None
