A worthy accessory with many uses. - Elite Survival Systems MVP Commandant Tactical Holster Vests

I walk 5 miles a day 3-4 days a week in an urban setting. You'd think I would have no need for a "tactical" vest and you would be wrong. I have been set upon by 5 determined (one viscous) dogs in the past year. I used to just change my route through the neighborhood, but there are unattended dogs everywhere. Didn't help at all. So, I took to carrying pepper spray, a good folding knife, a good fixed blade knife (horizontally) and my carry piece. Plus my cell phone. All of this equipment was somewhat bulky and spread out.
Enter the MVP Vest. There are pockets and pouches for everything as well as various ways to hang a fixed blade knife horizontally. I had to rig a "cover" for the holster which wasn't hard to do and now I can't be accused of open carry. Everything being carried close to center mass makes walking easier (I use trekking poles)and much more comfortable. Every item can be reached easily and quickly. I love this vest!
