This knife would be called a "dag" on the western frontier, and would look good on any mountain man or native warrior (reenactors) belts. (Except for the webgear sheath, which is totally out of style, but does protect the edge.) I would prefer a high carbon steel blade, but the stainless steel is okay. For the sub-$20 sales price, this item is a steal! I am tempted to order several for occasional gifts.
