P&B Merchandise.
I'm in the wholesale and retail business,I only purchased a 50 count box of this particular knife to see how it handled , I also do a lot of commercial fishing. I was very pleased with the back-bone of the knife and how it maintained the razor sharp edge. Two thumbs up.
Pros:
- Solid shank blade, excellent fillet knife.

- None
Best Used for:
- Filleting fish.
