Well worth it at this price.
I've noticed Elk Ridge trying to make a name for themselves and so I took a chance on one of their knives. This was my second, and I have to say, I'm impressed.
Shaving sharp out of the box, nicely balanced and with no obvious defects, you can't really go wrong for less than twenty bucks. The mirror finish might be a little much for some people, the sheath is cheap and probably won't be overly durable, and I've yet to subject the knife to proper, hard work like batonning, but again: It's a sixteen dollar knife and it's sharp enough that today I used it to shave the bristles off of a nettle with one hand.
Tip also didn't suffer any damage when I used it to open a beer bottle, which is always an important test.
I like it enough that I'm considering buying a second one.

Pros:
- Cheap, razor sharp, seems solid
Cons:
- Overly shiny, handle scales fractionally misaligned
Would recommend: Yes
