Excellent alternative
Having Magpul MOE hand guards leaves you with just a few light mount options that are expensive, until I found ElZetta. Great thinking "out of the box" Solid light mount that's off your hand guards. Easy activation by pressing the sling mount into the switch. The thumb screw is brilliant allowing you easily remove your light without removing mount.
Great idea, poor design
I love the idea but unfortunately the product just doesn’t deliver. First off, I had to wrap my Surefire G2X Tactical in tape in order to make it fit properly. The bigger issue is that the sling swivel prevents the light’s on button from being fully depressed. I can still use it for a temporary activation, but I wanted the ability to keep the light turned on without having to hold it in.
Pros:
- durable
- Cheap
Cons:
- poorly designed
Best Used for:
- Momentary light activation only

Great Addition!
What a great addition to my Springfield Armory Saint! Originally was going to go with an offset ring mount but did some research and came across this product. I believe an 12 O’clock flashlight mount would better suit my situation by allowing me to (ambi) activate my light & Maneuver quickly. Im very satisfied with the product, and its a solid fit on my A2 front sight! Compliments my weapon real nice, and the shipping was quick!

A2 flashlight mount
This mount is great for your AR with the A2 sight tower without the need to use you hand guard rails. However depending on the hand guard you use, I used "Strike's" Viper 6" drop in and had to modify the front of the hand guard to get the mount to fit. But, it looks PIMP!

Great way to mount a light
I bought this to mount a light to my M-4 carbine I carry in my truck. It was an easy installation and fit perfectly. The only issue I had was that the flashlight I had would not fit in the holder even with their inserts, but it was an easy fix by wrapping duct tape around my flashlight until I got a tight fit. Other than that it fit and works great on my weapon.
