Nearly Tactical light and a utility price
This is a very bright light when on "high" mode, will last a longer time on "low" mode. The price is very good when you compare the performance to Sure-Fire or other Tac lights. The Lithium batteries are worth $10 of the price by themselves, plus you can always use AA batteries if you are in a pinch - no need to find CR123's! Buy it.
Pros: Bright, two modes, Lithium batteries included
Cons: none that I have found

More bang for your buck!!
I've bought nothing but "Maglite" in the past,..until their 3 watt LED flashlight failed on me (the twist-turn on) switch failed ..not once, not twice but three times..thats three times I had to go back to Home Dopey and return this garbage... This Energizer model has a great pushbutton switch and as an electrical contractor I rely on light in dark areas..
Pros: The pushbutton on-off switch feature is a plus,..Maglite doesn't offer this feature and the flashlight literally leaves you in the dark..
Cons: I haven't found any ....
