product worked well, easy to repair per instructions. I repaired the battery case in afew minutes, saved money over replacing it.I would recommend this kit to anybody else who forgot to check their batteries.

Battery Compartment Repair Kit

Took me all of 2 minutes to replace. Made sure the “dog bone” was intact and corrosion-free, inserted the new contacts per the instructions, using the batteries. Fired it up, good as new. Also ordered the battery sight contact replacement kit, just in case. Didn’t need it, but will keep with my gear for future use, if necessary.

Battery Compartment repair kit

Kit was as advertised, good instructions and easy to install. With the expense of an Eotech sight, the only consumable parts are the batteries and the contact sets. the price of the kits saves the cost of a new sight. I would buy again.

Purchased as a back up repair kit

I purchased this kit as a spare. Recently had a battery leak which damage the compartment and terminal leads. The replacement kit recommended by eotech worked perfectly and was easy to use. There are two repair kits available for the sights I use so I purchaced the kits as back up. Also added a battery compartment as a spare also.

Product cane with everything you need to get your Eotech up and running like new. Recommend to anyone.. shipping takes to long but still well worth the wait cause it was a hard to find kit for the model 511

Easy to Install

Good instructions. Easy to install. Instructions include step by step instruction. Pictures are provided for each step. All pieces where included. I hope this will stop my optic shutting off when ever it wants. as of this review I have not tested it yet.

Worked great. Inexpensive repair.

After finding a battery corroded inside my EO Tech 512 I cleaned the battery compartment out with baking soda and water. The rubber bushings came out that hold the springs and the dog bone connector piece fell out too. I ordered this repair kit and it worked perfectly. I put the dog bone back in the battery compartment, put the springs in the rubber piece and reinstalled it into the battery compartment. It was a very snug fit so I know it won't fall out. I put new batteries in and my EO Tech came back to life. This time however I am not storing batteries in it until I'm ready to go shooting. It was great to find and inexpensive fix to get my sight back working again.

EO Tech Repair kit

The EO Tech battery repair kit worked perfectly!!! If you have an old style battery floor you should replace it with this new kit. The product is made out of a completely different type of plastic/rubber and seems to be a better replacement than the original piece. I highly recommend changing the original out before it sticks to the batteries.

Big money saver for me

I was about to send my eotech optic in for repair when I finally found your site and the repair kit.
Send it in for repair would have cost me $140.00 (plus wait time)
YOUR PARTS KIT (WITH SHIPPING)cost me $12.00 +/-.
Took less than a week to get and 5 minutes to install and I have my optic working again.
Thanks to you I have my favorite optic working again.

Easy to install

Did exactly what it was supposed to do; replaced the compression washers that should never have been part of the original design because they stick to the battery and are easy to misplace. There is nothing more to write. Tried to call EO Tech directly to get info but customer service did not respond.

Awesome product

I purchased this product through Optics Planet, the price was right, the shipping was free, (because I bought other stuff as well) the instructions that came along were very easy to understand and the packaging was perfect! It was a 5 minute process and boom, like new Eotech battery cap!
